CV Rhino

Terms of service

Last updated: 25 October 2026

These terms apply when you use CV Rhino, run by CV Rhino, London, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them. Contact: contact@cvrhino.com.

The service

CV Rhino helps you tailor CVs and covering letters, finds job vacancies, tracks applications and offers coaching tools. Parts of it are produced by AI.

You are responsible for what you send

AI can make mistakes. We design CV Rhino to use only experience you have provided, but you must read and check every CV, letter and answer, and confirm it is accurate and truthful before you send it to anyone. You are responsible for what you submit to employers. Job listings and match scores are guidance only. We do not guarantee that a role is still open or accurate, or that you will get an interview or a job.

Your account

Your content

You keep ownership of the CVs, documents and other material you put in, and of the drafts we generate for you. You give us permission to store and process them, including by sending them to our AI and hosting providers, only to provide the service. See our privacy policy.

Plans and payment

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service running but do not promise it will always be available or error-free. Job searches depend on public sources and third-party services. We may change or withdraw features.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of documents or job information produced by the service, including missed or rejected applications, or for indirect or business losses. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it arose.

Ending your account

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, unless the law of where you live gives you other rights. We may update these terms and will tell you in the app about significant changes.
